Allowance Amount Recovery based on Absence days in previous months
Summary:
We have a recurring element for Transport Allowance. The requirement is to provide allowance to the employees only for the working days excluding leave days. This is to be done for both current month and also any previous month as necessary.
How can we achieve this?
Content (required):
- For an example, if Transport allowance is 300 per month. Daily rate comes to 10 for the month of June. The employees are entitled to get the entire amount if there is no leave taken for the month. Now, if there is a back-dated absence taken in June for 5 days. The leave is applied in the system in August for June, by when the payrolls for June and July have already run. Now, we need to recover the allowance for only 5 days, i.e., (5*10=) 50.
