Is there a way to assign price lists to a strategy using some file loader instead of manual way

Summary:

As per our requirement, we have near about 140+ strategies and minimum 20+ price lists assigned to each strategy. This is taking lot of time to assign manually from UI. Is there a way to assign them automatic way through some file loader/adfdi or any other means?
