How to extract custom attribute from Incentive compensation

We have a requirement to extract all the custom fields which we have created in Incentive compensation (Manage Discriptive Flexfields). Request you to please let us know the steps how to extract custom column information.

Display Name,Mapping attribute,Column Type (Like Text,Number,DCL, if it is DCL field we need the values which was available in the DCL values)
