Do we have any performance issue of Application if we use "Enable Genealogy Tracking" as yes at Item

Summary:

We would like to know if we enable genealogy tracking as "Yes" for all Lot controlled items then is there any impact in performance issue of Application. Currently for one site we have volume of 20000 Item records. likewise we will have 10 sites in future each site will have an average of 15000 Items Records.
