Good Morning 

As per this note 2872186.1 (inbound interface type) oracle automatic upload from hcmextract not going to support in future .

Same thing we are trying to implment using blelow steps.

 created custom flow and added below tasks  

 1) run BI report task : which will pull required data and genreate output hdl format and upload the file in ucm (.dat)

 2) Load data from Batch task : which will used to zip the file take file from the ucm 

 3) initate data loader task : invoke hdl use ziped file generated in step 2
