No Default Tax Rate Scenario
Will tax configuration work properly without default tax rate?
There is a customer requirement - tax should be only calculated by tax rules, without any tax defaulting as 'the last option, after all rules fail'. If all rules fail, means - user did not complete qualifiers properly, so process should end with the error message, user should complete tax qualifiers properly and submit document again.
Standard Fusion Tax process does not allow to enable tax without the default tax rate. However, after enabling tax, it is possible to revoke a 'default' flag from tax rate. After that:
