Date Field on Transfer Page

Summary:

Hi all, when we select transfer (My Client Groups/Workforce-->Quick Actions-->Show more-->Transfer), on the "when and why" section we have "when does the transfer start" where in we enter the effective start date of the transfer. This date can be current date, future date or past date. I would like to know if we can restrict the users from entering past dates. System should not allow them to enter a date in the past. It should be greyed out. Only current or future dated action should be allowed.

Please let me know if this feasible.
