Budget Approval - Sequential

Summary:

We have a requirement where the budget approval should first go to a Approval group where any one person can approve the budget.

Once the above is done, then the approval has to route to the project team members in a sequential manner. Example: First Project Manager> Project Accountant Director.

When all team members have approved the budget a FYI notification should be sent to a certain group.

For the first part, I had set up rules under single participant one. This seems to be working. All members of the approval group received the notification for approval and a single user can claim and approve the budget.
