Hi, Is there any value running Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence on a daily basis or needs basis only?

My co-administrators prefer running this on a daily basis simply because they want to but I'm trying to find factual basis before deciding on this. Tried researching in My Oracle Support and here at Cloud Customer Connect but didn't find any. Thanks.
