Query to get Transactional data

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Currently, I'm working on a report, the requirement of this report is to pull the employee's current and proposed data. like the employee transferred from Loc1 to Loc2 and his current location is Loc1 and the proposed location will be Loc2.

When this is a simple transfer by using the 'Local and Global transfer' process, I can get the proposed information by using the attached query. 

But if the transfer is done via recruiting module, this query shows null data. 

Does anyone know the alternative? How can I get those data in my report?
