For Termination transaction, we setup the rules to restrict the termination reason for Intern, otherwise the transaction workflow will be auto rejected. But when manager successfully submitted the transaction, no matter it gets through or auto rejected or even failed, manager is redirected back to homepage automatically so manager wouldn't know the workflow has been auto rejected. Is there a way to force a message popup or can we setup a email notification when auto rejected?

Similar needs for failed transactions, with some exceptional cases the transaction is failed, is there any way the requestor could recognize it or get notified when that happens?
