Loading data from BIP report data source into Transaction Matching module.

Content (required):

I am loading the transactions using the out of the box ERP BIP report integration which is set up using essjob. However, I want to load only new transactions from the report. Is there a way to avoid duplicate transactions from being loaded into transaction matching?

I know there is a way to set up incremental data load in data management but that feature is applicable to file type data source. Wanted to know how i can achieve something similar for BIP report data source.
