General Letters for Document Record is not getting proper values in Draft file.

Unable to get the values in the template in Draft version and final version(after approval created a auto generated file)

I have created a Document Type for Document of Record and BI report(taken the seeded report and modified it) path has also given there. but when I am logged in as a user and trying to select the Document of Record and provide all the required information in the form before submit I am trying to see the draft version by click on view document it's not getting the values in template. same case with after approving the request also in the template values are not populated. Can anybody assist me, if you are having any idea.
