Salary Rate does not default as per Grade Step if there is pay basis change
Summary:
Salary Rate does not default as per Grade Step if there is pay basis change
Content (required):
Hi Team,
Greetings!
With the setup related to grade step progression (GSP) in place - the salary rate is controlled by the step rate for the grade in the given progression ladder.
The value gets defaulted when there is change of the data during transfers or promotions etc.
But, if there is change with salary basis or pay basis (like moving from annual to hourly pay basis or so) - the salary rate does not get defaulted as per the proposed grade step rate.
