How to find out issue in Custom learning Specialist Role

hello Team, We're trying to Customize Learning Specialist Role for restricting data (Learning items) based on Legal Entities, We found a way to do it, but the custom roles are not restricting data in the test instance, whereas working well in Demo instance, We've cross checked configs, roles, privileges and run few ESS jobs but nothing seems to be solving the issue. Please help us out in finding the underlying issue. Thank you.
