Help required with setup of Person Spotlight - can only see Public Info tab on an employee records

Summary:

We are trying to configure Person Spotlight and have all tabs enabled within HCM Experience Design Studio but only Public Info is showing on the vertical list when a searched employee is selected.

All of our responsive pages have been enabled in Manage Administrator Profile as well as the following profile option codes to enable Person Spotlight:

ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED

HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED

PER_SEARCH_LOGIN_EVENT_PUB

ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED

FUSION_APPS_SEARCHENABLED

All tabs within the Person Spotlight settings on HCM Experience Design Studio have been set to visible (no expressions used).
