Unable to find EnvelopeID in Oracle tables for Procurement Contract Module

Summary:

We have implemented Contract module and DocuSign have been used for signature purposes. We are looking to find out envelope id in oracle tables in order to create a report based on that. We have observed that through Oracle on the History tab for a contract, there is an image link that allows users to "View Envelope Details" for the specific signature of a contract.

Once the link is selected users are navigated to DocuSign in Oracle and we can see the envelope details. I am looking for that envelope id which triggers the call to DocuSign from Oracle.
