Hello guys,


We have an issue in some desktops using the configuration below:

Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus.
Oracle PBCS
SmartView 11.1.2.5.800
Windows 7 Professional

After 1 minute of inactivity,  SmartView Session logout and then, user must enter user/password again.

I have already re-set windows regedit parameters of
KeepAliveTimeout
ReceiveTimeout
ServerInfoTimeout

but didn't make any difference.

At the same location, user using MS-Office 2007 / 2010 works fine.

Any idea ?
