Feasibility to maintain 2 Hire Dates for same employee in Oracle

Summary: Requirement is to have 2 hire dates maintained at employment level.

Content (required): Employees are hired as User Person Type Apprentice (which is picked on Offer letters and Onboarding. After 3 months, User Person Type is changed to Regular and this Date needs to be called '2nd Hire Date' . The 2nd Hire Date then needs to drive all hiring rules and flow to all other modules for start date logics.

At present we have ability to maintain only 1 Hire date that is determined while conversion of pending worker to employee- No Date at any stage can override this date.
