Feasibility to Default Assignment Category from Job Family

Summary: We are categorizing each Job with a Job Family Agent/Non Agent in a BPO Organization.

Content (required): Assignment Category of workers carry Agent/Non Agent Status. Expectation is for the system to pick the Job Family from Job and automatically default the Assignment Category with that value.

At all stages from Recruiting to Core HR, the moment Job is selected, system to pick the associated Job Family and default this value to the next field of Assignment Category
