Rest API for Project Cost Rates Override

Summary: We are working on an integration and need the ability to create and update Project Cost Rate Overrides.

I cannot find a REST API to update project cost rate overrides or even fetch them (or to fetch the regular cost rate schedule). In the create project API you only add the Capitalized Interest Rate Schedule.

Is there an API for this?
