Position - Allow Override at Assignment not working

edited Aug 16, 2023 12:49PM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

Summary:

We have position synchronisation enabled. Prior to yesterday, we did not have 'Allow Override at Assignment' checked. We enabled this as of yesterday. It is my understanding that we should now be able to override the synced fields at assignment level but we are not able to.

I have created a new position today and hired an employee into. We are syncing Department, Job and Working Hours. When I go to change working hours or transfer, these fields are greyed out and i am not able to update them, despite allow override at assignment being enabled as of yesterday.

Howdy, Stranger!
