Person Security Profile "View All" is greyed out uncheckable.
Summary:
When attempting to modify or create a new Person Security Profile the "View All" box in uncheckable. I have tried various combinations within the UI to make the radio button for the "View All" to be selectable. I have found one documentation on My Oracle Support how to resolve this issue Fusion Global HCM: Unable To Select View All Checkbox In Create Person Security Profile ( Doc ID 2563189.1 ) but am unable to successfully recreate the solution (relating to Page Composer and modifying EL Expressions).
