Duplicate Check when creating Pending Worker in Oracle

Hi Experts,

I need your suggestions on the following scenario in Oracle:

We are currently adding Non Worker (students) records in Oracle. Business stores only their Names and few other details. But not their SSN.

The Non Workers can apply for positions available in the Company through our Career website. Through ORC, when we close a position, the candidate record gets converted as Pending Worker in Oracle.

Now, when creating a Pending Worker record, we want the system to show the potential matches for any available Non Worker records already existing in the system.

The Duplicate check option is already setup in HCM with "Last Name, Full First Name, DOB, Gender or National ID".

Howdy, Stranger!
