Allowing Employees to see reason for rejection
Looking for a way to tell an employee why a request has been rejected.
As part of the approval workflow, a manager can reject a training/learning request and add comments as to why they are rejecting it eg No budget left for this year.
So far we have been advised that it is not possible for this Comment to be shared with the employee without giving them BPM access. Has anyone been able to achieve this without giving BPM access? Ideally we just want to include it in the email notification back to the submitter (employee)
