Data load error while importing pre-mapped balances

We are facing the following error while we try to load data through import pre-mapped balances.

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.sql.SQLException, msg=ORA-00040: active time limit exceeded - call aborted 

Has anyone faced the same error and is there any solution for this?

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
