Using REST API to get userAccounts Data

Dear all experts,

Encounters issue when try to call this REST API /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/userAccounts and its returning empty data with status 200

Already tried:

• Assigned Human Capital Management Integration Specialist to the user
• Added priviledge to view all worker

PS: Not sure how to provide View All data access to job role.
