Removal of an Emergency Contact
Summary:
An employee has added a new emergency contact and wants to remove the previous emergency contact details.
Content (required):
The emergency contact that they want to remove is greyed out and cannot be selected.
We have access to amend and delete the details of the new emergency contact that has been added and is not greyed out, however, no action can be taken on the previous, greyed out record.
Please could we get some advice on:
- Why is the previous record greyed out?
- How do we remove this record from the employees view?
Any advice would be appreciated.
