After 23c upgrade, new "Absence Planning" feature is not available
Summary:
In the "What's New" notes for the 23c upgrade, one of the new features shown is Absence Planning for Managers. It says that nothing needs to be done to enable this, it should just be present following the 23c patching. The only requirement is that the user must have the Line Manager role, which needs to contain the ORA_ANC_PLAN_ABSENCES_BY_MANAGER duty role. We have tested this and ensured that the user does have this role and that the Line Manager role does show the ORA_ANC_PLAN_ABSENCES_BY_MANAGER duty role, but the Absence Planning link does not appear under My Team.
