Learning Initiatives to Consider both Learning Assignment Criteria and Person Criteria
We have some requirments around creating initiative with combination of both Learning Assignment Criteria and Person Criteria.
SAY : Employees belongs to this department and jobs, who havent completed few courses to be assigned with a course.What are the possible options we have, to achive similar requirements?
Analysis report is definetly an option but its having performance issues, the reports are running for ever. Esp., when there are requirments to consider department hierarchy and mutiple course completion checks to be done.
Any viable solution or suggestion would be of great help. TIA.
