Not able to open multiple quote pdfs side by side

Summary:

I think it started happening after we migrated from Doc Engine to Doc Designer. I cannot open different quotes pdfs, side by side. If I generate a another quote pdf from another quote, it overrides the one already opened from another quote, making it impossible to see them side by side for comparison
