Summary: We have a manager that is requesting HireRight Access however, the issue is that we have a rule setup in Workforce structures to restrict anyone with the Hiring Manager Role to not be able to have this access. All Managers have the role Hiring Manager so, to adjust this role will impact the everyone else in the company. We want to validate if there is any other way to allow this Manager to be able to have access to HireRight without removing the Hiring Manager role from their profile or modifying the workforce structures rule?
