23C Release - Area of Responsibility Usage checklist
Summary:
I am checking Area of Responsibility Usage , and I cannot understand how to use 'Checklist' usage.
Is there anyone who kindly explain more?
Content (required):
I don't know what is the difference between AOR-Usage: only Checklist and AOR-Usage: Only Approval,
because when I selected only Approval in AOR template, representatives are still sent the notification of journey.
Usually we use AOR for checklist as owner of task(Checklist Task).
If we donnot check Checklist in Usage and representatives are not received the notification of checklist(journey) when they are selected owner of task as AOR?
