Required Observability and Monitoring API's

Summary:

We are looking at OCI with observability monitoring event integration with OPs Bridge ( Microfocus) using API/'s.

( we need to integrate OCI native monitoring into Microfocus ops bridge for event consolidation)

The closest documentation I could get is https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Monitoring/Concepts/monitoringoverview.htm

However this does not addedd/ Provide a detailed API integration with OPS Bride.

However, AWS, GCP, Azure have Integrtion of their EVENTS on Ops Bridge.
