To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Hello everyone,
In the Request a Position Change flow the comments and attachments are visible for the HRs and the Line Manager through an EL:
We have also configured an approval flow for this transaction:
Manager initiates --> Manager +1 approves --> AOR =Position Approver, approves
Every AOR is managed by the HR. That means that the last approver in the above path, is an HR with a Position Approver AOR.
The Request a Position Change transaction has an Edit button in the approval notification, and it gives the opportunity to the approver to Edit the Request that was sent to them.
