SQL Query to display OTL Calculated Hours/Reported Hours

Please I want a query or tables to search in to get the reported hours and calculated hours,

except for those tables (HWM_TM_REC , HWM_TM_REP_ATRB_USAGES ,HWM_TM_REP_ATRBS)
