Content (required):

We would like to use standard operations in (Process manufacturing) work definition (WD). However some work definitions (WD) require change in resource or slight change in resource usage. And we don't want to remove the referenced flag and would like to keep the link between standard operation & WD intact, to take care of any future changes to the operation in WD.

Business scenario:- Currently, client is using EBS OPM system and moving to Oracle cloud.
