Any option to turn off attachments for a single vendor using OBN?

Summary:

We are using seeded OBN to transmit PO. Recently we have enabled PO_ELECTRONIC_COMM_ATTACHMENTS to Yes to send out attachments to supplier via Email. One of our vendors is unable to process the PO as i think it appends PO PDF in cXML. Is there anyway to STOP PO PDF and attachments going out for this particular vendor?

Also if set the attachment location to NULL, will it turn off attachments for all vendors using seeded OBN ? is there any other impact of doing this?
