Absence Entry in Timecard - Read only restriction

Hello Experts:

we have below scenarios, need your inputs on this.

• When worker submits leave entry from Absence module it should be read only in timecard.
• Currently workers can be able to delete the absence entries from timecards.
• We have to and fro integration between Absence and OTL modules so that workers can submit absence from both the ways.
• We have tried on Absence and OTL level setups to restrict the delete option but we are unable to restrict it.
• We have tried personalization's as well but no luck on this.
• We are expecting for any solution or work around for it.
