We are using BI Publisher in the LMS to create a Notification that could fire for all Staff (80K). Our email security staff would like to know how Oracle handles the email production for large batches of emails that could periodically go out for all staff??? Does oracle space out the 80K emails in batches? Is there some time between each email or group of emails?

We have created an email notification using BI Publisher that can potentially create 80K emails at one time, for our Yearly ACE Modules. Our Security staff would like to know how these emails will reach our server. Will they be produced all at the same time?
