Derive Budget Account from Imported or Adjusted Cost in TAD rules

Summary: Is there a way to derive budget account from the imported or adjusted accounts?

Content (required): We have budgetary control at Account level. We would like derive budget account (consists of Fund-Department-Account) from Imported Raw Cost Account or Adjusted Raw Cost Account sources. It looks like TAD rule doesn't allow it. It only allows Budget Account to be derived only from Award, Project, Task, Expenditure Type, etc. This won't work because one project can be charged to one or more funds, departments, etc.

Has anyone written TAD Account Rule to derive Fund, Department, Account, etc. from Imported or Adjusted Costs.
