How to auto reject Learning Assignment Withdrawal

Summary:

Hi,

We currently have a few rules relating to specific Learning assignments and going to various application roles for approval/rejection. However, there is a requirement for a group of courses/offerings not having the option/auto rejecting if learners try to withdraw.

Is this something that is possible via the Approval Rules management area?
