PO raised for Each, Receiving shipment allows to receipt any UOM - LOV shows all UOM

Summary:

We raise a PO for a stock item with a primary UOM of Each. There is no secondary UOM on the item in PIM.

When the PO is receipted in for the item the user is able to select any UOM from a LOV

Problems are being caused by users receipting in a UOM which is not the Primary UOM of the item.
