Tax law for Income withholding has a special scenario, which includes the use of gross amount taxable basis tax rate to determine rate to be applied.

But additionally to this, once withholding amount is calculated, a fixed quantity needs be substracted.

Content (required):

This is scenario:

From amount 0 to 18000 VEP -> tax rate is 15% -> 0 VEP has to be substracted

From amount 18001 to 27000 VEP -> tax rate is 22% -> 1260 VEP has to be substracted

From amount 27001 or more VEP -> tax rate is 15% -> 4500 VEP has to be substracted


How can we get this amount to be substracted?
