Position not available while performing employee transaction in LOV (responsive page)

Randomly some position not availabel in LOV when perform local and global transfer.
When profile value make 'N' of ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_POSITIONSLOV_ENABLED then it display. We are using elastic search.
