I have been preparing for my certification exam for Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2023 Implementation Professional. In the Exam overview it advises the format is "Hands-on Performance Based" and Passing Score includes 'Challenges - 75% | Multiple Choice - 75%.

I would love some insight from anyone who has completed the exam recently as to how to prepare. ie. Are we asked to log into a test instance and complete specific configuration / set-up scenarios, or are we providing text answers to specific scenarios given?
