Introduction :

Many of our B2C Service (RightNow) customers leverage Eloqua to fulfil their digital marketing needs, utilizing its best-in-class email campaigns, orchestration, and feedback capabilities. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) provides the necessary integration framework for seamless data flow between these two applications. OIC offers pre-built integration recipes that cover common scenarios for bi-directional data flow, serving as a great starting point. These recipes can then be customized by individual organizations to align with their specific business requirements.

In this blog, we will focus on the integration between Eloqua and B2C Service to track the email journey in RightNow Service (B2C), as this integration may not be easily addressed through an integration recipe.
