Track Eloqua Activity Campaigns Status in B2C Service - Part 3

Introduction :

We will leverage the Postman steps that we performed earlier. Now, I will show you how to automate the export of Eloqua activities in bulk into RightNow Service (B2C) using Oracle Integration Cloud. Before we create the integration flow, the first step is to create a custom table in RightNow Service to store Eloqua data and set it as a child object to the Contact table, as shown below.

The custom table will be used to store all Eloqua activity data within RightNow Service. In this example, I am storing all activity-type data in a single custom table and segregating it by activity type so that activity data can be filtered based on activity type value. You can have the Activity Type field data type as a Menu/Text field.
