Person EFF does not create a VO in Configure Business Objects

Summary:

We aim to make some personalizations specific to EFFs we creat, in Sandbox >Configure Business Objects. The Person EFF's we've created does not create a VO but the EFFs we've created for Assignment and Work Structure (Position, Jobs) generates a VO and its populated in the Configure Business Objects page (attached screen). What's the reason for that, what's the difference? Do we need to run a program to have the Person EFFs here?
