Use case:

1. Time worked on tickets in a Ticketing tool to be imported as OTL Timecard and make the Timecard entries as "Non-editable" in OTL. Please suggest the options available to import timecards and make it as non-editable.

2. Resources will still need to go into the timecard in OTL to add other line items (Out of office/ Admin/Other Project Effort) and submit their timecard for approval.

3. Submitted timecards will be approved by line manager as per existing workflow.
